to the world of outdoor adventure, Jennifer
joined MOC in March 2005. She had a brief one-day stint with the
Brownies when
she was five, but cracked during the pressure of making lanyards.
Jennifer's
first camping trip was in 2004 where she was instantly bitten by the
bug
(strangely, both figuratively and literally). She now enjoys exploring
all that
the area has to offer. Jennifer grew up on Long Island, NY, and now
lives in
Adams Morgan. Despite living in D.C. for several years, she still
wonders why
people laugh when she asks for coffee. She has a background in both
journalism
and public relations.
