Waiver
Before participating in any MOC event, you must first agree to be bound by and sign
the MOC waiver. You can read the waiver in .pdf format online.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to your computer, you can get a free copy
by clicking on the icon to the left.
You have two ways of signing the waiver. You will be required to electronically
sign the waiver when signing up for membership. Or, if you are not a member, you will
be presented with a hard copy prior to participating in your first event, that you must sign before participation
is granted to you for that and any future events. Please see the Event Organizer if you have any questions.

Please note that the MOC waiver
MUST be signed by each individual to allow participation in an event.
